GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY ON HARD DRIVE SALES
Your satisfaction is important to us! Sales of
all hard drives and related products are warranted by I.T.S. for at least 90
days, unless otherwise stated. New hard disk drives also carry a Factory
Warranty that ranges from one to five years. Product with Factory Warranty may
be returned to I.T.S. for processing. The warranty begins on the date of
shipment and covers defects in material and workmanship, restricted to
limitations stated herein.
The Warranty is, at the discretion of I.T.S.,
limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Usually any
product can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase. On repaired
equipment, warranty is limited to original repairs performed by I.T.S.
Warranty may become void in cases where the product has been modified or has
become defective due to other causes beyond the control of I.T.S.
In cases of Warranty Repairs where no problem
is found and our extensive testing reveals the equipment to be fully
functional we may return the equipment as is or exchange it for like product.
Be sure to confer with Technical Support before returning merchandise.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Damage to any packaging or contents must be
reported to and compensation claimed from the responsible carrier in a timely
manner, usually within one week. I.T.S. cannot file a claim for shipping
damages.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN
If for any reason you wish to return purchased
equipment, I.T.S. will be happy to refund or credit you within 30 days of date
of shipment. A 15% restocking fee may apply. All sales are final after 30
days. Please be sure to obtain an RMA number before returning products.
RETURNING DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Please call our Technical Support department
PRIOR to returning any products. You must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. The problem may be one which a member of our
technical staff can help you resolve immediately.
When you've obtained an RMA number, please
display it clearly on the outside of the shipping container. It should be
returned in the original box with its packing material. Return freight must be
prepaid and insured for the invoiced value. COD's will be refused. Return
shipment of covered warranty repairs or replacement units will be covered by
I.T.S. via UPS Ground. An additional freight charge will apply for express
shipment.
Your return shipment should include,
1.) Name, address & telephone number.
2.) A copy of the invoice or packing slip.
3.) Reason for return.
4.) RMA number

Members of our Technical Staff will be happy to
offer assistance on any product received from I.T.S. Phone support is
available during our normal business ours. Product specifications and
